Taco Sauce(Canning Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 tomatoes
    1 c. white vinegar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. parsley
    2 green peppers, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 qt. hot banana peppers, chopped
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Simmer tomatoes, vinegar, salt, sugar, green peppers, onions, banana peppers and garlic for 25 minutes.
    Add chili
    powder, oregano and parsley; simmer until thick.
    Put in jars and seal. Set aside for sealing process to complete.
    Eat in 2 months.
