No Peek Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. boneless chuck roast
    1 lb. carrots, cut in chunks
    4 to 5 potatoes, cut in chunks
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Place meat in oven-proof container with lid.
    Pour both soups over meat.
    Pour water over soup and meat.
    Cover.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Add potatoes and carrots the last 45 minutes.
    Don't peek during cooking!
    Makes its own gravy.
    Serves 4 to 6.
