Angel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg whites
    1/3 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until foamy; add tartar and beat until begins to stiffen.
    Add sugar, a tablespoon at a time.
    Pour into greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
