Apple Dumplins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 butter-style canned biscuits
5 medium apples, peeled and cored
2 c. water plus 1 stick margarine
3/4 to 1 c. sugar (depending on apple)
Preparation

Spray a square Pyrex dish or one large enough to hold apples. Roll out canned biscuit; wrap around apple and place in dish. Boil water, sugar, margarine and sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired. Pour hot water over apples and around in dish.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until light brown; spoon hot liquid over apples while cooking and press top of biscuit down on apple when dough begins to brown.
