Hot Dog Sauce 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 c. crushed tomatoes with juice or 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. cumin powder or seed
    1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    water
Preparation
    Brown beef, garlic and onion.
    Stir in all dry ingredients. Add tomatoes, sauce and water; mix thoroughly.
    Add salt to taste. Cook over low heat for 3 to 4 hours or when taste seems correct. Pour over hot dogs, hamburgers or anything you wish.
