Mexican Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. turkey sausage
    8 eggs
    6 oz. green chilies, chopped
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    6 to 8 flour tortillas
    1 c. red bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. purple onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
    1 tsp. cumin
    2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Line quiche pan with tortillas, overlapping on bottom and turning up to cover sides.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Remove the crust from the oven and sprinkle 2 ounces cheese over crust. Meanwhile, spray skillet with Pam and saute onion and red pepper. Add turkey sausage and cook until done.
    Add spices and chilies. Mix well.
    Remove from heat and add eggs.
    Pour sausage mixture into crust.
    Sprinkle remaining 2 ounces of cheese on top.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes.
    Quiche can be frozen after it is cooked.
    To reheat, thaw and heat at 350\u00b0 until heated through, about 20 minutes.
