Turkey Or Chicken Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    3 eggs, separated
    2 c. turkey or chicken
    chopped parsley
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt shortening; blend in flour, pepper and salt.
    Add milk and cook until thick.
    Add cheese, egg yolks, turkey or chicken and parsley; then add bread crumbs.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and they form peaks.
    Fold turkey or chicken mixture in your egg whites.
    Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
    Sprinkle the butter with bread crumbs and then add your meat mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 35 minutes.
