Vegetables Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    2 onions, sliced
    1 garlic clove, cut in half
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 small bunch broccoli, cut into 2 x 1-inch pieces
    1 head cauliflower, separated into flowerets
    1 c. water
    1 lb. can garbanzo beans, drained
    2 c. spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a 5-quart Dutch oven.
    Over medium-high heat, cook zucchini, onions and garlic until crisp, then discard garlic and place zucchini and onions in bowl.
    Heat another 2 tablespoons oil in same Dutch oven.
    Stir in broccoli and cauliflower.
    Add water, cover and cook until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.
    Return zucchini and onion to pan.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover.
    Cook 5 minutes or until hot. Makes 6 servings; contains 285 calories per serving.
