Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 slices bacon, chopped
    3 eggs
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. grated fresh ginger root
    8 oz. cooked pork or chicken, cut in strips
    4 oz. cooked shrimp, coarsely chopped
    8 green onions, finely chopped
    1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook rice in 3 cups water; drain.
    Cook bacon in wok over medium heat; stir often.
    Drain.
    Remove drippings.
    Beat eggs into wok with drippings; spread over bottom.
    Cook until set, 1 to 2 minutes.
    Remove.
    Roll up and cut into thin strips.
    Repeat twice.
