Best Ever Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. sliced olives
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
    12 corn tortillas
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. enchilada sauce
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook ground beef and onion in a large skillet until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat.
    Drain.
    Add flour and seasonings; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Gradually stir in tomatoes; cook until thoroughly heated.
