Sour Cream Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. commercial sour cream
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt in a large bowl.
Make a well in center of mixture.
Combine eggs, sour cream and butter.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
