Ingredients
    1/2 chicken or equivalent pieces with skin
    1 onion
    3 to 4 stalks celery with leaves
    3 carrots
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    3/4 tsp. dill weed
    3/4 tsp. dried parsley
    celery salt to taste
    salt and pepper (if desired)
Preparation
    Variation for day after Thanksgiving:
    Substitute turkey carcass for chicken.
