Raisin Applesauce Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large egg
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. applesauce
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat
    together\teggs,
    oil
    and applesauce.
    Add flour, baking soda,
    baking
    powder and cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Stir in raisins. Spoon batter
    into\tmuffin pans and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes
    or
    until muffins are firm to the touch and browned. Walnuts may be added when adding raisins.
