Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 medium size apples (6 c. sliced)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Slice apples into enough water to cover them.
Drain off water.
Sprinkle with lemon juice and set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients in a saucepan and add apples.
Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour into prepared pie shell.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 40 minutes or until crust is brown.
