Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1/2 large can Pet milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Heat cocoa and sugar until hot.
Add rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil.
Boil exactly 3 minutes.
Cool.
