Rice Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 qt. milk
    1/8 tsp. almond extract
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of salt
    1/4 c. rice (uncooked)
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Beat together the sugar, milk, eggs, flavorings, salt and nutmeg.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Add rice and raisins.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until set.
