Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/3 c. cocoa
pinch of salt
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. butter
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Heat 1 cup milk and butter.
Dissolve sugar, cocoa and salt in remaining 1/2 cup milk.
Add beaten egg yolks.
Pour mixture into hot milk and butter.
Cook until stiff, using double boiler.
Pour into already baked pie shell.
Top with meringue made with egg whites, well beaten and sweetened to taste.
