Baked Crab Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. crab meat
1 c. bread crumbs (3 slices)
3/4 c. cream or canned milk
1 c. mayonnaise
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped fine
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. crumbs (sprinkle on top)
Preparation

Mix thoroughly all ingredients (except crumbs for top).
Put in baking dish; sprinkle 1/2 cup crumbs on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
