Pig Roast Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, cooked, cooled and grated
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 stick butter or oleo, frozen then grated
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
