Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork roast
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 whole garlic cloves
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 c. salsa
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Cook pork roast and vegetables on stove in saucepan covered with water over medium heat for 3 hours.
    Strain veggies and pork. Reserve veggies.
    Take bone out of pork roast and shred with a fork.
    Trim fat.
    Put pork, veggies, salsa and barbecue sauce back in pot and simmer for 45 minutes.
    Serve with rice or on rolls.
