Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 egg yolks (save whites for later)
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. flour
    2 sq. melted chocolate or 4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 c. walnuts
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. coconut (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, butter and egg yolks together until soft.
    Add flour, milk, cocoa, walnuts, coconut and baking powder.
    Beat at high speed for about 2 minutes, then add egg whites.
    Beat again for another 2 minutes.
    Put in a greased pan (8 x 8-inch); bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
