Sugar-Free Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. sugar (Equal)
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. pumpkin
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of cloves
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients into bowl.
Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Provides 1 bread, 2 fats, 3 extra, 1/4 egg, 2 teaspoons vegetable and 2/3 calorie.
