Jellied Beet Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can diced beets
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
Preparation
    Drain beets. Add water to make 1 cup. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and stir in jello until dissolved. Add rest of ingredients and put into mold. Refrigerate.
