Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 c. popped corn
    1 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    In 2-quart saucepan, heat sugar, salt, syrup and butter on low/medium until melted.
    Bring to boil; let bubble for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Add baking soda.
    Stir.
    (Sauce gets fluffy and lighter.)
    Pour over popcorn on ungreased cookie sheet and coat well.
    Put in warm oven.
    Stir every 15 minutes for 1 hour. Cool on wax paper.
