Gallehers Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/8 c. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    potatoes, carrots and onions, cut in chunks
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except tomato sauce and potatoes, carrot and onion chunks. Shape into meat loaf. Use a roasting pan with a lid. Place meat loaf in center of pan. Place potatoes, carrots and onion chunks around meat loaf. Pour tomato sauce over all. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake until carrots are done.
