Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 c. coarsely chopped onion
    1 c. diced celery
    1 small clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 small bay leaf
    4 drops of hot sauce
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 can tomatoes
    2 c. cooked cleaned shrimp
Preparation
    Melt butter in frypan; saute onion, celery and garlic until tender, but not brown. Add flour and seasonings; stir until blended. Stir in green pepper and tomatoes. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp; heat through.
