Potatoes In Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 quart potatoes, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 cups strained tomato juice
    2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook the potatoes and onion in butter for 20 minutes Add tomato juice, salt and pepper.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
    The potatoes thicken the tomato juice so that no other thickening is necessary.
