Open Faced Mini Reubens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
    24 slices snack rye bread
    1/2 lb. thinly sliced corned beef
    1 1/2 c. chopped sauerkraut, well drained
    4 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spread about 1/2 teaspoon dressing on each slice of bread; place on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Top each with slice of corned beef and about 1 tablespoon sauerkraut.
    Cut cheese to fit bread; place over sauerkraut.
    Bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
    Makes 24 appetizers.
