Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. milk
    4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Blend soup, milk, salt and pepper.
    Arrange in layers potatoes, onion and cheese.
    Pour soup mixture over all.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover with lid and bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    After 1 hour, remove cover and bake 15 minutes.
    (Cook in 2-quart dish with cover.)
