Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 heads romaine
    1 egg, room temperature
    1 tube anchovy paste
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 dash Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. garlic oil
    juice of 1 lemon
    grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
    fresh ground black pepper
    croutons
Preparation
    Combine egg, lemon juice, anchovy paste, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and garlic oil in a container with a cover. Shake well.
    Wash romaine; tear in small pieces.
    Pour dressing over romaine and toss.
    Add cheese, croutons and pepper to taste.
