Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 whole egg or 1 Egg Beater
    1/2 c. oil
    romaine lettuce
    juice of 1 lemon
    croutons
    freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    For dressing:
    Put all ingredients into blender except oil. Blend very slowly; add oil until blended (gets thick and creamy). Makes 3/4 cup.
