Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. quick rolled oats
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. diced, fresh rhubarb
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon in bowl. Mix until crumbly.
Press 1/2 in greased 9-inch layer pan.
Cover with rhubarb.
Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla in saucepan.
Cook, stirring until thick and clear.
Pour over rhubarb.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 1 hour. Serve warm with whipped cream.
