Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini (peel and all)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla; cream together.
    If you want pineapple in your bread, add it in now. Add flour and all the other dry ingredients; blend well.
    Mix in nuts with a spoon.
    Turn mixture into 2 greased and floured bread pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool in pan.
