Enchilada Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1 can black olives
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    flour tortillas
    American and Jack cheeses, sliced
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain off fat and set aside. In a saucepan, add together soup, enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, sliced olives, water and cornstarch.
    Over medium heat, cook until slightly thick.
    Remove from heat and add ground beef to sauce mix.
    In a baking dish, make layers with cheeses, sauce and tortillas.
    Finish off with meat and cheeses.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
