Sweet Potato Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 1/2 c. flour, sifted (all-purpose)
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. water
2 c. grated raw sweet potatoes
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
Preparation

Combine water, oil and sugar.
Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add eggs.
Add all dry ingredients to this and the grated potatoes.
Blend well.
Pour into a loaf pan that has been well greased.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
