Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    4 c. sugar
    3 c. self-rising flour
    2 2/3 c. pumpkin
    8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Grease and flour half of the sheet pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 minutes.
    Turn cake out on waxed sheet that has been dusted with powdered sugar.
    Roll up long side. Cool for 30 minutes.
    Unroll and spread with filling.
    Roll back up and chill for 1 hour before slicing.
