Ham And Swiss Buns - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
1 (14 oz.) pkg. sliced cooked ham
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese
2 tsp. mustard
1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Flour your working surface and separate rolls into 4 rectangles each; pinch holes closed.
Flour rolling pin; roll each to 7 x 5-inch area.
Arrange ham and cheese to fit, leaving 1/2 inch of dough all around.
Spread filling with mustard. Brush edge of dough with some egg; fold dough and filling over, so that 5 sides meet.
Press edges with fork to seal.
Place on cookie sheet; brush with egg.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until brown.
