Meringue Kisses - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg whites
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch pieces
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat egg whites, vanilla and salt together with wire whisk or in mixer, adding sugar gradually until stiff.
Add butterscotch chips.
Drop on greased cookie sheet.
Place in preheated oven.
Turn off oven.
Take out in the A.M.
