Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. peaches, sliced (fresh or frozen)
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place butter in a 9 x 13-inch dish and melt in oven.
    In mixing bowl, stir sugar, flour, baking soda, salt and milk until well blended.
    Pour batter over melted butter. Do not stir!
    Place peaches evenly over batter.
    Sprinkle sugar over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
