Best Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    white flour
    1 c. warm water
    1 c. very warm water (to dissolve yeast)
    3 Tbsp. yeast
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add shortening, sugar and salt and stir until dissolved.
    Add whole wheat flour and beat rapidly with spoon. Add dissolved yeast and cold water.
    Mix well, then add enough white flour to make a nice soft dough.
    Let rise until double, then punch down and rise again.
    Shape into 3 loaves.
    Let rise and bake.
