Gravy(A Breakfast Staple) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    2 or 3 c. water
    4 Tbsp. flour (self-rising)
Preparation
    Heat bacon drippings. Add flour and stir until flour is lightly browned, about 3 minutes, over medium heat. Add mixture of evaporated milk and water, stirring constantly.
    After mixture begins to boil, cook for another minute.
    Serve with biscuits and sausage.
