Old Fashioned Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. Pet milk
4 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. butter or margarine (soft)
1 1/4 c. mashed bananas (approximately 4)
3 eggs

Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients together.
Mix Pet milk with lemon juice.
Add alternately to dry ingredients with butter and bananas.
Beat at medium speed 2 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured cake pans.
Bake 40 minutes or until cakes spring back when lightly touched with finger in 350\u00b0 oven.
