Ingredients

1 flank steak or any lean meat
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. soy sauce
garlic salt
pepper
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation

Semi-freeze the steak.
Cut into thin strips with the grain. Marinate overnight in the mixture.
Drain and put strips on racks. Put racks in oven and dry at lowest temperature with the door ajar. This will take about 4 to 6 hours.
Cool and store in airtight container.
Great for camping.
