Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. water
2 1/2 c. shelled peanuts
1 1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Have ready 8 or 9-inch tin pie pans, sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray.
Use a large, heavy pot.
