Shrimp Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium green peppers
2 c. diced cooked shrimp
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
dash of Tabasco sauce
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation

Cut tops off green peppers.
Remove seeds and membranes. Precook pepper cups in small amount of boiling water, salted, for 5 minutes.
Drain; sprinkle inside with salt.
Combine the next 4 ingredients.
Add Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Fill peppers.
Place upright in oblong baking dish.
Pour tomato sauce around peppers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Spoon tomato sauce over peppers when serving.
