Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. celery, chopped
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown sausage and pour off grease.
    Add onion, garlic, celery and green pepper to sausage and simmer until tender.
    Wash rice and put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly.
    Then transfer all ingredients to Pyrex dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 6 to 8.
