Rugalach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. cream cheese
2 c. flour
1 stick melted butter
2 egg yolks
1/2 box confectioners sugar mixed with 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. raisins (chocolate chips, jelly, etc.)
Preparation

Mix first three ingredients to make dough, then combine and refrigerate overnight.
Roll out in confectioners sugar.
Roll dough into 9-inch circles (6) and cut into triangles (16).
Brush with melted butter.
Spoon filling onto dough and roll from wide to narrow end.
Brush tops with beaten egg yolk.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven on ungreased cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
