Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    20 oz. pineapple (canned), crushed
    1 large egg yolk
    2/3 c. sugar
    5 oz. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Cake:
    Put first 5 ingredients into a 13 x 9 pan and mix together well.
    Place into a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Cake will be a golden brown.
