Beth'S Original Chocolate Maple Fudge(1965) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. white sugar
1 c. maple syrup
3 Tbsp. white corn syrup
3 sq. chocolate
1 regular sized chocolate bits
1/4 tsp. instant coffee, mixed with a little water to dissolve
4 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except vanilla.
Add vanilla last when candy is done.
Cook slowly until small amount tested in saucer is very firm.
(Firm enough to cut into blocks).
Beat well and pour on a platter.
Let cool and cut into blocks.
