Tuna Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans water packed tuna, drained
    3/4 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 3/4 c. low-fat milk
    2 c. shredded Cheddar or American cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, stir together first five ingredients. Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens (about 3 to 4 minutes). Gradually stir in cheese.
    Add macaroni and tuna, mixing thoroughly.
    Turn into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
